Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellations made between 1 business days (18:00 local time) to 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made after 1 hours prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

  • Access: 1 minute walk from Hinode Station on the Yurikamome Line, 12 minute walk from JR Hamamatsucho Station, or 15 minute walk from Daimon Station on the Toei Oedo Subway Line.

Additional Notes

  • A vegetarian menu is available. The menu cannot be changed if there are no requests made at booking, or after boarding the ship.
  • The dinner menu may be changed to a Western-style buffet on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and every day in July and August.
  • The cruise will be conducted even in the case of rain. The cruise course is subject to change due to weather or other reasons. If the cruise itself is cancelled, customers will be contacted at least 1 hour prior to the departure time on the day of the cruise.
